Transhotel Restrictions
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, Family World Transhotel requests your cooperation in observing the following as an agreement between the Guest and Family World Transhotel under which rooms are permitted to be used by Guests.

No Alcoholic Drinks
No Pets Allowed
No Unregistered Guests
Registration Time Policy
Otherwise called as Check-in and Check-out Time Policy
Our standard check-in and check-out times are 2:00 PM and 12:00 noon, respectively.
Kindly strictly follow our standard time for check-in and check-out. However, early check-in or late check-out may be allowed upon request, depending on the availability of rooms at an additional charge per room and per hour.
Payment Policy
We require 50% Down Payment to be paid online. The rest of the balance will be paid upon check-in. No 50% down payment online means no reservation upon check-in.
A valid ID of one representative containing his/her photo must be presented face-to-face.
We only accept payments through our BDO Savings Account. The details of which are to be provided once you have already reserved.

Cancellation Policy
Peak Season
On peak seasons particularly on “BER” months, regular and special non-working holidays, and on weekends, all reservation payments are non-refundable.
5 Days Before Booked Date or Arrival
A 100% refund is only available if you cancelled your reservation five (5) days prior to your arrival. No refund will be available past the time interval allotted for a full refund.
Shortened Days
No refund will be available for shortened days of stay including rooms Checked In and Checked Out on the same day and whether or not you stayed in the whole period of your reserved dates. Guests are likewise expected to pay for the full amount of original booked dates.
Booking Reschedule Due to Unforeseen Occurrence
If an unforeseen occurrence happen that prevents the usage of your reserved room, you will be given at least one (1) week to reschedule within two (2) weeks after your original booking date. Rescheduling will only be ALLOWED ONCE and failure to arrive on your rescheduled dates will be considered as non-arrival or no show.
Request for a reschedule will likewise depend on the rooms’ availability, thus, as much as possible, be sure to notify the host at least two (2) days prior to your scheduled original reservation date.
Cancellation Beyond Management Control
In the event of a typhoon or other circumstance beyond our control has happened, the management has the authority to cancel reservations for which a 50% down payment has already been made and will issue a 100% refund.
